Keeping Track Of Your Wedding Guests
When planning a large event, consider creating a spreadsheet, listing the names and addresses of invited families and singles. On the spreadsheet you will indicate if children are invited or if singles are allowed to bring a guest. Each family is entered on a separate line with a column indicating the total number per family. This spreadsheet will give you both a total headcount and a count of households. For istance, you may be inviting 120 people to your event, but may only have 75 households – which is the number you need to know when purchasing invitations, save the dates, and accessories.
