Custom Pocket Invitations

Pockets are one of the most popular type of invitations that we do at Carta Bella.  When your guest opens a pocket invitation, your invitation will be displayed on one side and all your accessory cards are organized in a pocket on the other side.  There are many sizes and pocket styles to choose from.

Choosing  Your Paper

When designing a custom invitation, we start with color and texture swatches. and you decide which color, pattern and texture you want.  There are plenty of colors and patterns to choose from and wonderful textures such as matte, metallic, linen, silk and felt.  Once you choose your pocket style and color, we begin to build the inside, starting with the bottom layer that borders the printed layer and compliments the accessory cards.  Envelopes are also available in the matching color and textures.

Using a band around your cards is not only eye-cathing but serves as a way to house your cards.  You can do virutally any combination of paper and embellishments with this style.  You can dress it up or down depending on your taste and budget.  Contact us for pricing

Adding that Extra Detail

There are plenty of ways to embellish your invitation – with ribbons, crystals, artwork or a simple a motif.
The last step is to choose what you want for the front of the pocket –it could be a layered tab, or a monogrammed band – the possibilities are endless.  The rest of the process will involve wording, proofing , printing and then assembly!  At Carta Bella we also offer envelope addressing, which prints your guest’s name on the fronts of the envelopes.  A great way to unify the entire look!
